Salad season is back! This time of year I am happy to prepare myself a quick lunch of a bed a lettuce topped with whatever I have handy. Some of the things I like to use are: cherry tomatoes, avocado, pickled red onion, and recently air fried potatoes or sweet potatoes. Then I drizzle over some good olive oil, and a balsamic reduction. Heaven! What are some ways your prepare salads?
