5 things for the weekend 22.17
book club meeting, easy hummus, curating content, free craft planner, digital bullet journal
My plans for the weekend ahead include tons of reading, and bookish stuff. We’re discussing The Invisible Library on Sunday, hop over to the club for your event invite! I’ll also be checking out the Bocas Lit Festival out of Trinidad, and it’s also the weekend of the Dewey Readathon. The weather is brilliant, so some gardening is also on my list.
What are your weekend plans?
5 Things
1. With so many choices for every kind of content available to us, how do you decide what gets your attention? Which book to read, what shows to watch? Tsh Oxenreider discusses this on the Drink With a Friend podcast.
2. One of the questions I got during my Epigraph session last Saturday, was how to do an online bullet journal. I prefer paper myself. but recommended using either Evernote or Notion for a digital bujo. This article I found explains how to use the ClickUp app as a bullet journal.
3. One thing that I love when I’m reading , is reading about food. Here’s a round up of some of the best food descriptions in literature.
4. Got eye glasses? Make some fun and quirky wooden holders! Works for sunglasses too.
5. It’s the season of dips! (Honestly, when is it not?) Hummus is always a good idea, and now you can make the best hummus ever.
What are you DoING?
I am:

Feeling: motivated
Watching: Harlem
