What are Callaloo Soup & OCB?

I started telling stories on my blog Callaloo Soup way back in 2005. It was a peek into my life in France as a new immigrant from the West Indies. It soon morphed into a lifestyle blog, including crafting, and motherhood. Along the way I developed my Organised Crafterbrain site - which helps busy creative people find the time and space to make things they love.

For the last few years I have kept the two side separate; reading and life style on one side, and crafting on the other, but I know that people don’t separate out their passions, so this community is a reflection of that.

At the heart of it all, I am about inspiring you to be curious about your life, read more, be creative, laugh, and enjoy the simple things.

What’s in the community?

When you join the Callaloo Crew you’ll get weekly 5 things for the weekend letters (which will always be free), and the weekly What’s Happening Wednesday chat.

Paid subscribers will receive exclusive letters about creativity, reading, and general things of interest, and access to the Journal Your Word of the Year Workshop, which will provide you with resources for making the word you have chosen for the year an integral part of your life.

On sign up you’ll also receive my craft project planning printable as a welcome gift.

As a paid member of the community you will be supporting my work of creativity and connection, and all access:
